- Skull Mushroom Monster were designed by character designer Ryuu Noguchi.
- "Is the combination of poisonous mushrooms and a skeleton ・・・・・・ the image of mushrooms growing on a corpse? (Knowing the setting in which a human body affected by poison later turns into a monster) I see. If so, you probably developed the image according to that setting.
