Shugodom (シュゴッダム Shugoddamu) is a strong nation where a guardian deity resides in Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger.[1]
Overview[]
Shugodom is one of the five kingdoms on the planet of Chikyu. It is the strongest country with developed industry and bows before its guardian deity, God Kuwagata. The clothes and buildings are reminiscent of medieval Europe. The national flag is a stag beetle with flames, a crown, and two swords.
Under the rule of the former king Rcules Husty, the country was quite corrupt, such as the collection of heavy taxes by upper class. Unbeknownst to all, a certain Bug Naraku killed and impersonated his victim and pretended to be Rcules' loyalist. The disparity between rich and poor in the country is wide, and the people of lower social status do not have enough food.
After Rcules' downfall and Gira's rise as Shugodom's new king, the country became less corrupted.
History[]
According to Jeramie Brasieri, shortly after the five heroes defeated the Bug Naraku 2000 years ago, they could not agree on who would be the king of all Chikyu and a fight broke among them. One of the heroes, Reiniol Husty, challenged the others to each of their special talents and won. He split Chikyu into five kingdoms and became the first king of Shugodom.

However, unbeknownst to everyone, the kings of Shugodom themselves had been supported by a group who had masterminded Chikyu's conflict against the Bug Naraku. As a reward for their loyal service to said group, the aforementioned group's leader had created a human who had possessed similar abilities that had been possessed by the leader of the group in question before the leader himself had then placed said human among Shuggodam's populace with the aforementioned human being unaware of his true purpose as a tool to be used at the kingdom's disposal.
