Shinji Tōdō (藤堂 新二 Tōdō Shinji) portrayed General Hedrer in Denshi Sentai Denziman. He previously portrayed Naoto Sekine in episode 39 of Battle Fever J and Ryuichi Iwsaki in episode 13 of J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai.
Shinji also played Takuya Yamashiro/Spider-Man in Toei and Marvel Comics Spider-Man series.
