He is an evil version of Shane Clarke from the Goldust Dimension, this version of Shane is also the Red Wind Ranger and is a member of the Evil Ninja Rangers. He alongside the other evil Rangers are considered a great threat in Blue Bay Harbor. However, he is defeated by Kelzaks and Vexacus.
History[]
Shane Clarke from the Goldust Dimension is an evil version of the real Shane Clarke and is shown to have an interest in motocross. He is later taken in by Mayor Lothor after he fights and was defeated by Vexacus.
