See Monster is a Mokumokuren-themed monster, created by Finster. He, just like many other monsters, served his masters Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd. He is the main antagonist of the third and final part of the episode "Changing of the Zords".
History
See Monster was created by Finster on the orders of Rita. The sorceress then sent him to Earth to attack the Rangers. His beams caused headaches to the Rangers but Rocky was able to resist and help the other Rangers to try to overcome the See Monster. Before they can finish See Monster off, Rita summoned the Shogunzords and the See Monster temporarily retreated.
After loosing control of the Shogunzords from the Rangers, Rita and Zedd sent the See Monster to Angel Grove and Zedd uses Rita's wand to enlarge him. The Rangers formed the Shogun Megazord and battled the monster, the fight was equal and the Megazord reflected the beams of the See Monster. He was eventually destroyed by the Shogun Megazord's Fire Saber.

Powers and Abilities
Powers
- Superhuman Strength: See Monster was originally able to throw down all six Rangers and knock around the Shogunzords. When in his second battle, he defeated Cestro with ease.
- Eyes Beams: See Monster can fire beams from his numerous eyes which have explosive effects.
- Headache Impulses: See Monster can fire lasers from his eyes that can create energy swirls around his enemies' heads and give them powerful enough migraines to collapse on the floor.
Abilities
- Superhuman Jumping and Leaping: See Monster could jump at the incredible distances.
- Superhuman Durability: He was also highly durable and could survive unharmed after multiple hits and strikes from Power Rangers.
Weaknesses
- His eyes: His main weapons were ironically his primary weaknesses, because he felt a great pain when his eyes were damaged.
Arsenal
- Trench Coat: See Monster wears a grey trench coat that has his eyes in them.
- Rapier: When See Monster was among the monsters that assisted Professor Longnose into fighting the Aquitan Rangers, his right hand was replaced with a rapier.
