Second Spear, Chuuzubo (弐の槍・チュウズーボ Ni no Yari Chuuzūbo, 1-19, Hurricaneger vs. Gaoranger) is the leader of the Alien Ninja Corps and the first general of the Jakanja to use his monsters against the Hurricanegers, using an extendable rod as a weapon. He is first spear to die in the series, though is brought back, briefly, in the crossover movie.
History[]
He eventually developed a grudge against the Gouraigers, due to their indifference in letting his friend Octonyuudo die, and vowed to have his revenge on them. He is the fifth most powerful spear overall in the series.
He almost gained it when Tao Zanto sent him to set up the two ninja groups and ensure KabutoRaiger and KuwagaRaiger would kill each other. After failing, Chuuzubo took the painful retribution from Tao Zanto before he attempts to kill the Gouraigers first. But the Hurricanegers' interference resulted in Chuuzubo using the forbidden Dark Soul Summoning Ninpo to grow large and increase his power while reducing his life. Though he overpowered Karakuri Giant Gouraijin and Karakuri Giant Senpuujin, he is killed by the newly formed Karakuri Giant Gourai Senpuujin, graded A+ by Furaibijo for effort.
He was briefly revived by his brother in the Hurricaneger vs. Gaoranger movie, only to be killed by Gourai Senpuujin once again.
In the final episode, "Wind, Water, and Earth" Chuuzubo returns along with the other six Dark Spears as shadow images by the Dark King to fight the Hurricanegers and the Gouraigers. All seven of the Dark Spears were destroyed.
Personality[]
Chuuzubo acted as a loyal, determined, commander of the Jakanja. He was determined to be the one to bring about his master's goals. He was tough and held no nonsense. He also felt a bit of rivalry with Sargain, who, like him, also had his own monsters with the same goal for their group. And he felt suspicious of the Gouraigers, who were human, yet shared similar goals with Jakanja for a time. When faced with the injury of constant failure, he was determined to store his honor by any means, even at risk of his own life.

- Chuuzubo is voiced by the late Daisuke Gori ((郷里 大輔 Gōri Daisuke), who previously served as the narrator for Kyukyu Sentai GoGoFive and voicing Senki in the final three episodes of the last season. His suit actor is Yuichi Hachisuka (蜂須賀祐一, Hachisuka Yuichi), who later portrayed Manmaruba in his adult form and Seventh Spear, Sandaaru.
