Sayaka Honiden (本位田 さやか Hon'iden Sayaka): Sayaka is an office worker who works at a publishing company called Nine Watt Publishing (ナインワット出版 Nain Watto Shuppon). She is Akagi's muse and love interest though he hides his fanboy impulses from her. She is often the object of Nobuo's fantasies.
Shortly before Nobuo was recruited to be Akiba Red, he was sent to deliver to Sayaka's place of work, which pleased him. He looked out the window and saw news of the Z-Cune Aoi movie. He resorted to voicing his excitement in his head, telling Sayaka that was just noticing the weather. 
TV STORY-Ep. 1: Pain is Power!
Nobuo later bumped into Sayaka while he was with friends in a night club, Sayaka was also hanging out with her friends at the night club. He listened in on her conversation in which she revealed she didn't have a boyfriend. Nobuo was excited to hear this and announced that he had triggered the flag for romance. Later, during Akiba Red's battle with Kabukichomesugurohyomoncho, Sayaka's form was assumed by ©Na, fooling the drunken Akiba Red into thinking Sayaka was one of the women kidnapped by Kabukichomesugurohyomoncho. ©Na repeatedly pulled this trick on Akiba Red. While Mitsuki was away, requiring Nobuo to stop his delusions before she came back, he bumped into Sayaka on the street, what he considered to be the second flag on the romance route. She revealed to Nobuo that there was a robbery at her workplace. Nobuo considered taking action, but remembering his promise of no delusions, he merely assured Sayaka that it would all work out now the police were on the case. Later, while Yumeria was cosplaying at Otamix, Nobuo imagined the girls in his life dressing up as various Sentai characters. When he wished for someone graceful, he had a delusion of Sayaka dressed as Priestess Tetomu from Hyakuju Sentai Gaoranger. He then pictured her as Earth Defense Force's Sayaka Nagisa/Change Mermaid from Dengeki Sentai Changeman since they had the same name. He then wished for something more mature, causing the delusion Sayaka's costume to turn into that of Space Pirates Barban's Steerwoman Shellinda from Seiju Sentai Gingaman, to her discomfort. - As noted by Nobuo in episode 4, Sayaka shares the same name as Sayaka Nagisa (Change Mermaid) of Dengeki Sentai Changeman; this is reflected with Sayaka briefly cosplaying as a member of the Earth Defense Force.
