Satomi Arai (新井 里美 Arai Satomi) is a Japanese voice actress who is best known for Beatrice in Re:ZERO: Starting Life in Another World, Kuroko Shirai in A Certain Magical Index, Bisca Mulan from Fairy Tail, Sayoko Shinozaki from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, and Bicine
from HUGtto! Pretty Cure.
She married to her fellow voice actor Yoshimitsu Shimoyama, who had several roles in Super Sentai.
She voiced Naiyo Kapaja in Number 13 of Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger.
