The Sat Bot is an antenna-themed Attack Bot. Years ago, when Dillon had been captured by Venjix, this Attack Bot was the one responsible for taking Dillon's memories from him. He is one of the few Attack Bots capable of speech and serves as the main antagonist of the episodes "Blitz" and "Key to the Past".
History

Many years ago, when Venjix captured Dillon, Sat Bot took away Dillon's memories from him.
Later, Venjix sent the Sat Bot into Corinth to cause Corinth's Shield energy to become disrupted, thus allowing other Attack Bots to enter the city.
Once Doctor K found the source of the disruption, Dillon & Ziggy went to check it out, while the others fought off more attacks at the docks. The plan was to have Dillon force the Sat Bot down to where Ziggy was, and then Ziggy would finish the Bot off. However, things did not go as planned.
Dillon soon remembered the Sat Bot was the one who had stolen all of his memories. Sat Bot also seemed to remember Dillon as well. In fact, the Sat Bot still had all of Dillon's past memories. Dillon morphed and tried to fight the Sat Bot, but with his memories at risk of being destroyed with the Sat Bot, Ranger Black wasn't on full guard. The Sat Bot then used his ability to fire his lasers through the city's weather grid. This blasted Ranger Black off of the roof. Luckily, Ranger Green came to his aid and used his teleportation power to save him.
Rangers Red, Blue and Yellow then caught up with the others and found the Sat Bot. They fought him and while Ranger Red was about to slash him with his Street Saber, Ranger Black stopped him. Dillon still wanted to keep the Sat Bot online in hopes of gaining his memories back, but Scott ordered the team to destroy the Sat Bot. Ranger Green went after the Sat Bot and managed to strike him a few times with his Turbo Axe. When the team was distracted by a power surge from Ranger Black, the Sat Bot struck the Rangers with a blast from his lasers.
Dillon realized that the safety of Corinth was more important than his memories and he joined the fight against the Sat Bot. The Rangers then formed the RPM Enforcer and used it to destroy the Sat Bot. However with the destruction of the Bot, the past of Dillon remained unknown.
However, after the battle, Doctor K scanned Dillon's body and discover that the Sat Bot had transmitted a signal into Dillon’s arm containing an encrypted initiation code. It initiated the virus that was lying dormant inside his implanted robotics. That machinery within Ranger Black had restarted a self generation process. It was learned that the virus was growing, and it would keep growing until it had taken him over entirely. It was also discovered that there was no antidote to the virus until Doctor K later on developed one.

Personality
This Attack Bot was a cunning, devious, and highly intelligent Attack Bot, who used a cunning plan to disrupt the Force Shield of Corinth. He was shown to be sadistic as he was the one who removed Dillon's memories. Sat Bot was also manipulative, calculating and devious with his cunning plan of distracting the Rangers, while he can remove the Force Field of Corinth. He was also shown as deceptive and manipulative, when he told Dillon that if he would be destroyed, Dillon's memory will be lost. The Rangers were hard to defeat him, because they had to choose between Dillon's memories and the salvation of the city. Sat Bot is also loyal to Venjix.

Powers
- Memory Theft: The Sat Bot can steal memories, as seen when he stole Dillon's memories.
- Memory Projection: He can also project Dillon's memories in the form of a holographic screen, as seen when he showed them to him.
Abilities
- Speech: Unlike most Attack Bots, the Sat Bot is capable of speech.
- Antenna Radio Emission: Being an antenna-themed Bot, Sat Bot can send blue radio signals through the antenna on his satellite-like head that can disrupt machines. He tried to disrupt Corinth's shield and deactivate it to help Venjix enter the city but failed.

- Arm Lances: The Sat Bot also has lances on his arms for combat.
- Lightning Projection: Sat Bot can project streams of blue lightning from his arm lances.
- Lance Lasers: Sat Bot can also fire red lasers from his arm lances.
- Climate Control: When Sat Bot's lasers are fired into the sky, they can control the climate of Corinth.
- Laser Shower: Also when the Sat Bot's lasers are fired into the sky, they can rain down at the opponents like meteors.

Notes
- He is one of the three Attack Bots who can talk (the first being Water Hoser and the third being Dyna Bot).
- Unlike his counterpart, Sat Bot is the only monster to use final words upon his destruction.
- He is also the only monster who is destroyed offscreen, as after he is hit with the RPM Enforcer, he is ejected from the blast and then destroyed.
- It is unknown why Venjix or one of his generals did not enlarge the Sat Bot with the Download.
