After being saved by the Flash from the Alien Hunters abduction, Sara developed a sharp mind on the ice planet Yellow Star. 
TV STORY-Ep. 2: Behold! The Giant Robo
Sara with the others are being called by Jin to the Flash Star. They are informed that Reconstructive Experiment Empire Mess has set their eyes on Earth. They head to Earth using Round Base without permission to the elders of the Flash. As they are travelling, Mag seeks them as intruders and shoots them, only for Sara switching it off by removing its floppy disc and Dai punches it. Arriving at Earth, they shoot some Laboh Fighters using their machines (Dai and Sara use Jet Delta). After they land on Earth, they meet Mess' generals, a band of Zolohs, and The Baraboss, owing Mess revenge for 20 years. They attack the Zolohs, before the generals then attacks them, with Wolk attacking Sara. Then, they change into Flashmen and fight Zolohs using their signature weapon (in Yellow Flash's case, the Prism Batons). After that, they destroy The Baraboss using Rolling Vulcan, making the generals retreat into their base. TV STORY-Ep. 1: Hurry! Save the Earth
In the process to save an abducted baby named Hiromi, Sara and the others go through without Mess realizing before she snatches Hiromi from the "Alien Hunter"'s clutches. After Hiromi was saved and the Flashmen decide to visit her, Sara makes a joke by pushing Bun's head, resulting of him accidentally have a kiss with Dai. TV STORY-Ep. 3: An Old Enemy? Hunter!
On their social study in Nagoya, Sara and Lou help an officer named Hiroshi Tachibana on a pursue of a refrigerator that moves by itself. Later, they have to fight Mess and The Gerzol themselves after learning that the male Flashmen are stuck in a bullet train to Nagoya for two hours. Getting an aid from Officer Tachibana to escape from Mess' electrical trap, they are almost killed when The Gerzol with ability to travel onto metal atoms hijacks his police car. After the male Flashmen eventually come by Star Condor, the women scold them for being too late. After the Flashmen destroy The Gerzol, they thank Officer Tachibana for his help. Already saw Lou and Sara float mid-air before, Tachibana thinks of them as monsters and runs away. TV STORY-Ep. 5: In the Care of the Female Warriors!
When the Flashmen are arriving at a scene to fight The Saizar who made chaos with manipulating plants, Laboh Fighters attack them and destroy their Flash Hawks (with Yellow Flash is the first to receive severe attack). Later, Sara and Lou offers their Flash Hawk Yellow and Pink to Jin, which the latter can use electronic control panel from the supercharger from the Yellow and an unspecified part from the Pink. As Jin finishes repairing Flash Hawk Red, Sara and Lou transform to defend the machine from Wolk, Kilt, and Zoloh army. The Flashmen then unite to defeat The Saizar for good. TV STORY-Ep. 6: Roar! In the series finale, Sara learns that she is the biological daughter of Dr. Tokimura.

Years later, Sara fought alongside not only her own team, but every single Sentai Ranger in existence, against the Empire of Zangyack when it attacked the Earth in the Great Legend War. After fighting against hundreds of Gomin and their Sugomin commanders, Akarenger noticed the fleet moving towards them. He gathered all the Rangers together and gave them the order to sacrifice their powers to wipe out the first invasion's armada. - As Yellow Flash, her suit actor was Masato Akada (赤田 昌人 Akada Masato).
- In the Korean dub of Flashman entitled Earth Protector Flashman, which aired in South Korea, Sara (사라?) keeps her name and ranger designation (옐로우 후뢰시 Yellou Huloesi?). She is voiced by Choi Soomin (최수민?), who also voiced Wolk in the same series.

The Yellow Flash Ranger Key (イエローフラッシュレンジャーキー Ierō Furasshu Renjā Kī) is Sara's personal Ranger Key and what became of her powers after she along with the rest of the 34 Super Sentai sacrificed their powers to end the Great Legend War.
This key along with the majority of the Ranger Keys were collected by the Red Pirates and later used by the Gokaigers. The Yellow Flash Ranger Key was mainly used by Luka Millfy (Gokai Yellow), who used it to fight as Yellow Flash.
- When the Gokaigers became the Flashmen while fighting Action Commander Regaeru.
TV STORY-Ep. 27: An Unusual Gokai Change
The Flashman Keys, along with all the Ranger Keys of the first 33 Super Sentai, were briefly taken by the Black Cross King and turned into Ranger puppets that were fought by the Gokaigers and the Goseigers. The puppet Flashmen fired their Rolling Vulcan alongside the Changemen, Maskmen, Livemen, and Turborangers, only to be swiftly defeated by the individual finisher attacks of the Gokaigers and Goseigers as they emerged from the resulting fireball. Notes[]
- Due to being the only Flashman to find her family, Sara is the only one with a last name; however like the other Flashman, Sara is probably not her real first name and merely a name given to her by the Flash.
- She is the first Sentai hero who has powers connected to ice and the only main-team Sentai hero to hold them.
- Sara is one of the few non-Red Rangers to have defeated two of the major villains of the season:
- She ultimately led to the destruction of Great Emperor Lah Deus by being forced to play a gene synthesizer created by her father, Dr. Tokimura, which weakened it enough for Sir Kauler to strike him down and for Great Doctor Lie Köpflen to ultimately betray him.
- She indirectly killed Great Doctor Lie Köpflen by destroying his gene synthesizer on Mess' mothership with her Prism Shooter, starting a chain reaction that killed the final villain of the series.
- Though being a yellow Ranger, Sara does not share her prism gem with GoggleYellow, Futoshi Kijima (with hers being a topaz gemstone[3] as opposed from Kijima's opal gemstone).
