Sadist Gougan (愉快犯・ゴウガン Yukaihan Gōgan) is a robotic angel and god-themed Londerz Prisoner.
History[]
Like Gien, Gougan was originally a human scientist until he turned himself into an angel and god-themed cyborg offscreen. In 2975, he was arrested for using his Dream Breaker machine to turn people into sleep-waking mobs, forcing them to kill each other for his amusement during the night. After being freed by Gien, Gougan resumed his old habits until the Timerangers destroyed his machine. Though he was defeated by Vector Dividing, Gougan enlarged himself and was brought in by Time Robo Alpha.

Gougan is delusional, arrogant, sadistic, and evil, justifying that hypnotizing people to kill each other is merely fun.
