"Emergency, Dekaranger!"
The Sp License is the morpher of the Dekarangers, activated by a call of "Emergency, Dekaranger!". This device contains 4 functions, separated by 3 different tabs:
- Henshin: The "Change" option on the Sp License transforms the Deka into their ranger costumes.
- S.W.A.T. Mode: When the Dekarangers activate the "Change" option while transformed and call for it, their S.W.A.T. armor appears.
- Communicator: The "Phone" option serves as basic communication allowing the Rangers to contact each other or the DekaBase, as well as summon the DekaMachines.
