Ryusei Nakao (中尾 隆聖 Nakao Ryūsei) is a Japanese voice actor.
In Super Sentai, he voiced Agent Abrella in Tokuso Sentai Dekaranger. He also voiced Ucyuseruzo of the Influenza in Tensou Sentai Goseiger and Masakage Tsugomori in Shuriken Sentai Ninninger. Many years before voice acting, he appeared in an acting role as Gou Koyuki in episode 26 of Denshi Sentai Denziman and even sang the song Ginga Honey, which gained its own notoriety in both the series and franchise.
He's quite famous for voicing some well known sadists in the anime circuit, such as the likes of Mayuri Kurotsuchi (Bleach), Frieza (Dragon Ball Z), Lucemon (Digimon Frontier), Baikinman (Anpanman), Noise
(Suite Pretty Cure♪) and recently, Caesar Clown (One Piece) and Glaza in Farmagia.
