Ryugi Bakugami (暴神竜儀, Bakugami Ryūgi) is a devout follower of Tega Sword and current manager of Cafe Half Century who transforms into GozyuTyranno (ゴジュウティラノ, Gojū Tirano), the Yellow Ranger of the Gozyugers.

Ryugi is first seen looking at the GozyuTyranno Sentai Ring, which had resonated with the soulful howl of GozyuWolf. He was later present alongside Rikuo to witness the unexpected clash between GozyuWolf and Kuwagata Ohger. TV STORY-Ep. 1: Savior No.1! Later, he makes himself known to Hoeru and Treasure Hunt No.1 by bringing over a Grand Piano, with his bare arms, and playing a Tega Sword hymn. He then transforms into GozyuTyranno and battles Combatant Aryee alongside GozyuLeon. The No.1 Monsters and Gozyugers then make No.1 Battle to see who's the number one treasure hunter amongst the four of them. Soon after, he appeared before Hoeru, livid, as his revered Tega Sword was being used a shovel. Ryugi uses his strength to throw boulders and a tree at Hoeru, forcing him to leave. Ryugi ends up finding treasure from the hole Hoeru had made, which he brought to the tallying but was the first to be knocked out at third place. During the Final Round, while Hoeru and Rikuo are dealing with the ground enemies, he forms Tega Sword Yellow to fight Cassios Beia piloting Ayayser Crossandra, eventually destroying them.

The following day, Ryugi becomes the new manager of Cafe Half Century, rechristening it "Tega Sword Village" to watch over Hoeru and keep things more centralized. Rikuo and Ryugi returned everything Treasure Hunt had stolen to the police behind Hoeru's back, who had won the Treasure Hunt No.1. TV STORY-Ep. 2: Catch the Treasure! It's My Prey

Personality[]

Ryugi is a "Tega Sword devotee" who thinks that serving Tega Sword is the best happiness. His wish is for Tega Sword's happiness and will do anything for it. He is naïve and moves very fast, but he is very strong. Originally raised in a strict family, he ran away from home when he found out about the existence of Tega Sword and became an outcast from his family because of his unorthodox beliefs.^[1]

Using the GozyuTyranno Sentai Ring, Ryugi engages into a yellow tyrannosaurus warrior. With his powerful fighting style, he swings his Tyranno Hammer 50 with vigor to bring down a hammer on evil.

No.1 Superhuman Strength (ナンバーワン怪力, Nanbā Wan Kairiki): Through the Sentai Ring, GozyuTyranno gained the "number one superhuman strength", allowing him to easily lift any large object no normal human would do alone.

Finish Finger Tyranno (フィニッシュフィンガーティラノ, Finisshu Fingā Tirano): GozyuTyranno manipulates gravity to lift his opponents off the ground before using the Tega Sword to deliver multiple yellow energy slashes.

Using the Sentai Rings of Universe Warriors he has defeated, GozyuTyranno is able to perform a Retransformation (再変身, Saihenshin) and gain access to the powers of any Red Ranger of his choosing. After transformation, he retains his torso armor as GozyuTyranno.
