Ryohei Kobayashi (小林 良平 Kobayashi Ryōhei, born October 14, 1965) is a retired Japanese actor who portrayed Fumiya Hoshikawa (FiveBlack) in Chikyu Sentai Fiveman.

- His true name is Tetsuma Kobayashi (小林 哲磨 Kobayashi Tetsuma).
- Kobayashi is married to his castmate, Ryo Narushima, who portrayed Fumiya's twin sister Remi (Five Yellow). Although the age difference between their characters is none, the one between the actors is 6 years.
- Ryohei Kobayashi played Ryou Hayakawa in Kidou Keiji Jiban.
