The Rumble Tusk Zord is a green auxiliary Zord modeled after an elephant.

Overview

Rumble Tusk is the first Auxiliary Zord to be borne out of the Ninja Nexus Prism. When summoned, it arrives riding on a giant round boulder, mimicking a circus elephant. In this form Rumble Tusk Zord can fire a blast of air from its trunk as well as using its trunk to perform a vacuum cleaner attack which it used to suck up Tangleweb's webbing which the Zord Companions had been bound in. The Rumble Tusk Zord splits itself up and recombines into its Humanoid Form, the Rumble Tusk Ninja Zord, removing the giant Rumble Tusk Zord Star in the process. In this form, the hind legs of the elephant form become a pair of shoulder mounted cannons that fire a volley of laser blasts.

The Rumble Tusk Ninja Steel Megazord, otherwise known simply as the Rumble Tusk Megazord, is the alternate form of Ninja Steel Megazord formed when the Rumble Tusk Zord takes over the Robo Red Zord's place in the cockpit while the Robo Red Zord becomes the right hand and the giant Rumble Tusk Zord Star replaces the Robo Red one as the head. This is performed when Ninja Steel Red spins his Rumble Tusk Zord Star in the mopher. As elephants are renowned for their strength, The Rumble Tusk Ninja Steel Megazord specializes in power-type attacks.

The Rumble Tusk Ninja Steel Megazord is armed with twin axes formed by the Rumble Tusk's rear feet (machine gun cannons in its Ninja Zord form). In Episode 6, it was able to counter Giant Bagpipe's nose attack, which previously the normal Ninja Steel Megazord couldn't, by grabbing that same nose with its trunk and crushing it to bits. This attack is called the Rumble Tusk Stretch Attack.

The Rumble Tusk Ninja Steel Megazord's finisher is Double Axe Final Attack. In this finisher, the Rangers inside The Megazord's cockpit performs a double slash with their Ninja Star Blade, allowing The Megazord to throw its twin Axes at the Monster, creating a X-slash before returning to the hands of the Megazord like boomerangs.

This Zord Star is marked with the kanji for "elephant" (象, Zō). Its primary use is to summon the Rumble Tusk Zord, as well as completing the helmet for the Rumble Tusk Ninja Steel Megazord.

Notes

• The Japanese word "Pao" on the Zord Star is the Japanese onomatopoeia for a elephant's trumpeting.
