Rumba Monkey is a monkey/spring herb/drum monster. He appears as the supporting antagonist in the episode "In Your Dreams".
History[]
Ethan dreams about Rumba Monkey after looking at the picture of a monkey by his bed before falling to sleep.
In his dream, Rumba Monkey takes on the other Power Rangers before Ethan shows up to take care of business. The Rangers form the Z-Rex Blaster to take him down, but he grows and they call on their Megazord. He was defeated by the Tyranno Drill. TV STORY-In Your Dreams

Rumba Monkey was a cunning, destructive and arrogant monster, who will not stop to destroy the Dino Rangers, especially Ethan, because he was in his dream.

- Chest Wave Beam: The Rumba Monkey can fire green wave-like energy beams from his chest.
- Chest Ray: Rumba Monkey can also fire red energy rays from his chest.
- Earthquake: When he grew giant, the Rumba Monkey can cause an earthquake by dancing.
- Energy Ball: He can blast his opponents with green energy balls from his hands, feet, or back.

- Speech: He can talk despite lacking a visible mouth.
- Superhuman Agility: Combined with the DNA of a monkey and drums, he has high agility.
