Rowena Raganit is the original voice actress of Rage Flying Boma Zelten (Darkan) and both Wandering Boma Kirika and her human form Sayuko Tsukikage (Ana) in the Tagalog dub of Kousoku Sentai Turboranger. She is best known to voice the male characters who were mistaken as a woman as well as her normal and mature voice with a serious pitch whenever she voices the female characters.
Outside the Sentai series, she is a well known voice actress who voices the characters in various media in GMA Network and the first female to portray as a narrator of the other anime series after Noel Mallonga. She is the original voice actress of Koenma (Jericho), the younger Genkai (Master Jeremiah) and the narrator of the manga/anime series YuYu Hakusho. She also provides the voice of Yanagi Sakoshita (Anna Yanagi), the love interest of Recca Hanabishi, Ganko Morikawa (Lola), Saicho and the narrator of the manga/anime series Flame of Recca in her native language. She is also became the original voice actress of Yoh Asakura in the 90's version of manga/anime series, Shaman King.
