Rousokular (ローソクラー Rōsokurā) is candle-like Vader Monster "20" of the Vader Clan
History[]
Rousokular is used to be the secret leader of the "Shinigami Faction" (Grim Reaper Faction), a group of thieves who don smiling masks and commit robberies and chaos in hopes of leading Japan into a new world order controlled by the Vader Clan. Transforming himself into a candle and speaking as "God" in their headquarters, he gives his men orders to commit crimes in their name. When Tokio, a member of Daigoro and Sachiko's circus joins the group for money, the Denziman are forced to investigate them as they up their ante to ultimately plotting to steal a missile from the Japanese government for a major attack. The Denziman stop the Grim Reaper Faction's invasion and save Tokio and Sachiko (who had become stuck working with them to save her kitten Mimi) and expose Rousokular, whom they fight and strike down before finishing him with the DenziStick Boomerang.

His main ability is to keep a disguise of a candle within the base of the Grim Reaper Faction, where it gives instructions as ordered by the Vader Clan. He also has candles it can use to summon Dustlers or be used as bombs, manipulate fire, and he can teleport.
