Robin DeSantos is the brother of Rocky DeSantos, the second Red Mighty Morphin Power Ranger. He was first seen at the DeSantos household when Mrs. DeSantos asked Rocky to take care of his brothers and sisters while she went to Dallas for a few days for a business trip.
