Rina Garcia is the mother of Izzy Garcia, step-mother of Javi Garcia and the wife of Carlos Garcia.

Rina, who was gardening, overhears Izzy and Fern talking about prom, and accepts for the former before leaving to design their outfits. When Izzy believed Rina made her a dress and threw it out, she discovered from Fern that she made her a tux before fishing out the dress and apologized before they make a new dress for Fern.

When Carlos received a medal at an award ceremony, they discover Javi was at BuzzBlast before Carlos stormed over there and Rina and Izzy try to stop him. TV STORY-Jam Session

Cosmic Fury[]
She is captured when Lord Zedd takes over Earth and is brought to Zedd’s Prison in Pine Ridge. TV STORY-Rock Out
After the Rangers and the Rafkonian Resistance destroy one of the Squildrill in Pine Ridge, Rina is freed from Zedd’s Prison along with Carlos and Lily, where she reunites with Izzy and Javi, where the Cosmic Fury Rangers then manage to liberate the rest of Pine Ridge. TV STORY-Operation Seasoning

After the Cosmic Fury Rangers defeat and imprison Lord Zedd on Nibyro, she is later seen at the Javi's concert where she and Carlos dance.
