Rina Garcia is the mother of Izzy Garcia, step-mother of Javi Garcia and the wife of Carlos Garcia.

Rina, who was gardening, overhears Izzy and Fern talking about prom, and accepts for the former before leaving to design their outfits. When Izzy believed Rina made her a dress and threw it out, she discovered from Fern that she made her a tux before fishing out the dress and apologized before they make a new dress for Fern.

When Carlos received a medal at an award ceremony, they discover Javi was at Buzzblast before Carlos stormed over there and Rina tries to stop him. TV STORY-Jam Session

Cosmic Fury[]
Rina answers Carlos' phone call from Izzy while he was talking to Jane about a citywide evacuation, lying to her that they're also evacuating. TV STORY-The Invasion
She is captured when Lord Zedd takes over Earth and is brought to Zedd’s Prison in Pine Ridge but is freed from Zedd’s Prison after the Cosmic Fury Rangers are able to liberate Pine Ridge.
She is later seen at the Victory Concert after the Cosmic Fury Rangers defeat Lord Zedd.
