Ridomihan Mokumisu (リドミハ星人モクミス Ridomiha Seijin Mokumisu)
History[]
Ridomihan Mokumisu is a female human alien who works as a curator at Makino Botanical Garden. One day, Mokumisu is guiding a group of tourists to see chameleon plants. After Sen and Tetsu arrives at the garden as they introduces themselves from the Space Police, suddenly Mokumisu shows her true form as an alien and attacks Tetsu. During her fight with Tetsu, Mokumisu says when she came to earth in Meiji 17 (1884), the police is attempting to kill her. At the time, Tomitaro Makino saved her from killing attempt and she hates the police since then. As Tetsu is about to be finished, suddenly Sen intervenes and gives Mokumisu the souvenirs despite being a Kochi resident for the long time and thanked him. Mokumisu then shows her legs that can obtain the nutrient from the soil every 30 minutes and therefore, she can't leave the botanical garden.
Mokumisu then takes Sen and Tetsu to the garden tower where she analyses further the meteorite sample that they found at the crater. It was revealed that the seed was for the narcotics plant named Nehirumo. They feared that if Nehirumo grows, it will turn the Earth into the world filled with the narcotics.
The Dekarangers thanked to Mokumisu for transferring the virus vector on DekarangerRobo to create new finisher that destroys the Nehirumo called Justice Murphy Flasher.
