Rhino Steel Zord

This article is about a zord in Power Rangers Jungle Fury.

The Rhino Steel Zord is the rhinoceros-themed Carrier Zord/Animal Spirit of the Jungle Fury Rhino Ranger.

Overview

It is controlled by the Control Dagger and is found at the Rhino Nexus. It sports a blade horn and has the ability to carry all the Animal Spirits at once.

History

The Rhino Ranger didn't get this Zord when he transformed the first time seeing as it was sealed away in a strange clearing referred to as "The Nexus." TV STORY-Path of the Rhino

Camille managed to capture the Control Dagger from Dominic whilst the other Rangers were fighting Grizzaka's Rinshi Beast named Whirnado and his son Whiricane. TV STORY-Dash for the Dagger

A large brawl erupted later when Dai Shi/Jarrod and Camile went to the Nexus and were confronted by Grizzaka, Carnisoar and Jelica who overwhelmed them but the Rangers got involved. Carnisoar grew after they defeated his illusions and the Rangers summoned the Jungle Pride and Wolf Pride Megazords whilst Dominic managed to steal the Dagger back and restore the Rhino Steel Zord. Carnisoar had decimated the Megazords in the meantime and was ready to destroy the Rangers but the Zord intervened and changed into Warrior Mode. It then overpowered Carnisoar easily, disarmed him with an energy spark and finished him off with the Rhino Blade Super Slash. TV STORY-Race to the Nexus

After a now giant Grizzaka overwhelmed the Jungle Master and Wolf Pride Megazords, Dominic summoned his Zord and activated its Warrior Mode. Grizzaka blocked its sword and claimed there was no one stronger than him but was thrown away when all three Megazords combined their powers into a massive yellow energy wave. They then formed a new formation called the Jungle Master Stampede which easily killed Grizzaka despite his arrogant protests to the contrary. TV STORY-Arise the Crystal Eyes

After defeating Sonimax, he grew and they summoned the Jungle Master, Wolf Pride, and Rhino Steel Megazords which easily overwhelmed him with the aid of the Elephant Zord. However, before the Rhino Steel Zord could finish him off, Snapper intervened, took out Dominic with a shockwave, and sent the other two flying with an energy punch before they both left. The Jungle Master Megazord and Rhino Steel Zord were summoned to fight Dynamir and temporarily overwhelmed him. However, he took the former out and demorphed the Rangers before overwhelming the Warrior Mode with energy blasts. Luckily, the Wolf Pride with Bat Power arrived and turned the tide by energy slashing him and then drilling through his stomach before the Rhino Blade Super Slash finished him off. After Whiger grew, he overwhelmed the Wolf Pride and Jungle Pride Megazords so they Rhino Steel Zord pushed him back and turned into Warrior Mode. However, it had its blade blocked and was kicked back before being blasted away by a devastating energy wave blast. With no other choice, they were forced to form the Jungle Master Stampede which defeated him with a stab from its horn but he survived and fled back to Dai Shi's Temple. Badrat later made himself grow a few days later and the Wolf Pride and Rhino Steel Zords fought and nearly destroyed him but they switched places and his partner Rammer easily took both out with his spin attack before both left. Later on, once they both grew, all three Megazords were formed but were quickly dismantled by the two teaming up for a massive spin attack. However, they summoned the Antelope, Bat, Elephant, Jaguar, Tiger, and Cheetah Animal Spirits and unleashed the Final Strike on the duo. Although Rammer was killed, Badrat was destroyed and nearly took out the Animal Spirits so Casey called for the Jungle Pride Charge which quickly killed Badrat. TV STORY-The Spirit of Kindness

Once Grinder enlarged, they summoned the Jungle Master, Wolf Pride, and Rhino Steel Megazords to battle him. He tried to melt them with a massive wave of fire but the Rhino Blade Super Freeze turned him into a sculpture which the Jungle Master Stampede easily destroyed. TV STORY-Maryl and the Monkeys

After being defeated by a combination of the Claw Cannon, Wolf Beam, and Rhino Blade, Lepus grew and thus the components for the Wolf Pride and Jungle Master Megazords were summoned along with the Rhino Steel Zord. It flung her into the air where she flew using her ears but was brought back down to Earth with the Jungle Master Zord's finisher and then finished with the same Final Strike as Rammer. After the death of Snapper and defeat of Scorch, the Phantom Beast General leader made himself grow so they summoned their Zords and formed the Jungle Pride Charge. Jarrod and Camille then summoned the Chameleon and Lion Animal Spirits to form the Jungle Pride Charge with Lion and Chameleon Power. It advanced but a massive energy blast from his face stopped it although they easily pushed through it. They then unleashed a devastating attack which seemingly killed Scorch although he managed to survive. TV STORY-Path of the Righteous

After Dai Shi unleashed his true form, RJ and Dominic summoned the Wolf Pride and Rhino Pride Megazords to take him on with the former restraining the mighty dragon so that Dominic could destroy it with the Rhino Blade Super Slash. However, he survived and took out all three of them with a massive energy blast, ejecting and demorphing the two.

It is unknown if it was revived after Dai Shi was destroyed as it was only acquired in a solid form, not fully an Animal Spirit. It is more likely that it was destroyed forever. TV STORY-Now the Final Fury

Rhino Warrior Mode

―Tigers Fall, Lions Rise

The Rhino Steel Zord can also transform into a battle mode named the Rhino Warrior Mode, after which the horn becomes its sword. This form was also named the Rhino Pride Megazord at the end of its first battle. It wields a massive yellow blade (made from the Rhino's horn and head and calls the Rhino Steel Blade) to hack and slash its enemies.

The finisher (dubbed by Dominic the Rhino Blade Super Slash) involves charging up the sword with yellow energy and then drawing the Pai Zhuq symbol in the sky with the blade. The symbol would fire forth and mortally wound the enemy, making them give their final words before complete obliteration.

The Jungle Master Stampede was the combination of the Jungle Master Megazord, Wolf and Rhino Steel Zord. The Rhino Steel Zord carries the Wolf Zord on its neck and Gorilla Zord (in Jungle Master Megazord upper body form) on its back as the Antelope and Penguin run alongside it.

The finisher is the Jungle Master Spin Attack where the Wolf, Antelope and Penguin fly at the enemy releasing energy attacks as the Rhino slashes with its horn, before the Jungle Master's fists hit it.

Jungle Pride Charge

The Jungle Pride Charge was the combination of the Jungle Pride Megazord, Wolf and Rhino Steel Zord. The Rhino Steel Zord carries the Wolf Zord on its neck and Tiger Zord (in Jungle Pride Megazord upper body form) on its back as the Jaguar and Cheetah run alongside it.

The finisher is Animal Spirits Full Fury Savage Spin where the Tiger, Wolf, Jaguar and Cheetah spin around at high speed, creating a powerful tornado that knocks the enemy into the sky. In the episode "The Spirit of Kindness" (its only appearance), this was strong enough to break Badrat out of his spin attack. Then the Jaguar, Cheetah and Wolf then jump up, attacking one after the other and the Rhino slashes the enemy with its horn blade to finish them off.

Animal Spirit Stampede

The Animal Spirit Stampede was the combination of most of the Animal Spirits. The Rangers summon all of the animal spirits in their control with the Rhino Steel Zord in the center, the Tiger, Cheetah, Jaguar & Antelope Zords at its right, the Elephant, Gorilla, & Wolf Zords at its left and the Bat, Shark & Penguin Zords in the air. The animal spirits release beams of energy to destroy an opponent. When this isn't enough, they form Animal Spirit Stampede, Full Fury in which the Tiger Zord (in Jungle Pride Megazord upper body form) rides on the Rhino Zords back and utilise the Savage Spin, Full Fury attack.

Jungle Pride Charge with Lion and Chameleon Power

Jungle Pride Charge with Lion and Chameleon Power is the final combination of all of the Animal Spirits and the true form of Jungle Pride Charge. The Rhino Steel Zord carries the Wolf Zord on its neck and Tiger Zord (in Jungle Pride Megazord upper body form) on its back. The Lion forms armor for the Jungle Pride Megazord upper body and the Chameleon attaches to its right arm, as the Jaguar and Cheetah run alongside the Rhino. Unlike the other formations, this attack has no name. It involves the Lion firring purple energy orbs as the Chameleon fires its stabbing tongue at the enemy then the rhino strikes the enemy's armpit and sends them flying then the Wolf, Jaguar and Cheetah fly at the enemy releasing energy attacks as Jungle Pride Megazord torso spins slashing with a sword formed from the Lion's tail.
