Rex Ranger as he appears on the DVD
Rex Ranger is a trainer that appears in the DVD Power Rangers - Mission Training [1], which was released alongside S.P.D. and Mystic Force by Spin Master as an outlet kit to help kids start with some martial arts basics. As such, Rex Ranger does not belong to established Power Rangers canon.

Rex Ranger trains kids to become his team of Power Rangers against Lord Mortar and his evil Zomboids.

- Had Rex Ranger truly been a Ranger, he'd have been the only one not to have a helmet of his own.
