"Lightspeed, Rescue!"
The Rescue Morphers were developed and built by Angela Fairweather and the Lightspeed organization and were the first morphers created solely by Earth technology without either the help of alien beings' technology, powers or science or the help of mysticism.
This Morpher resembled the Astro Morpher somewhat, being used for communications purposes and other functions and also having a four-key keypad design (although it has five less than the Astro Morpher) though it appears more compact and modern. It is also designed as having two red lights that flash to show that a communication is happening.
Alternative to the Rescue Morphers, the Super Mega Rangers used Legendary Ranger Keys provided by Gosei to assume the corresponding Ranger forms as a Legendary Ranger Mode.

Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue - Power Rangers First Morph
In the Morph sequence, a Ranger presses the black side release button, with the red lights seen in the Morpher's design flashing during this time, which automatically opens the Morpher's antenna panel to reveal a screen and deploys a helmet visor-shaped body-sized shield visually designed as the visor shape 'outlining' each Ranger's suit pattern - this visor-shaped shield then melds through a Morphing Ranger forming the suit and helmet with a Ranger's civilian face still in view for a few seconds before the facial shot where a respirator then slides up into position over a Ranger's mouth and nose and the visor slams down into place completing the morph sequence.
