Remi is the girlfriend of Ellarien, who appears to be from a race of feline or fox-like aliens and runs a tavern.[1] She becomes the Orange Solar Ranger in the conclusion of Beyond the Grid.
Character History
Remi first appears when Ellarien returns back from Promethea and is concerned about her close friend. She then helps the Rangers to confront a team of alien hunters called the Crimson Raiders and offers to help them on their journey.Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios) Issue 32.
In the conclusion of Beyond the Grid, Remi becomes the Orange Solar Ranger and joins Ellarien on her quest to find other heroes to create a new Ranger team to combat against evil.Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios) Issue 39.

Notes
- Until issue 39, it was ambiguous whether the relationship between Ellarien and Remi was romantic or just a close friendship. Issue 39's confirmation makes Ellarien and Remi the second and third openly LGBTQ+ rangers, after the Trini featured in the 2017 movie. The video game Power Rangers: Legacy Wars further cements this as canon as Ellarien's Solar Ranger bio refers to Remi as her girlfriend.
