Following the surprise inheritance of the late Supreme Commander Big Bear's Koguma Kyutama by Earthling youth Kotaro Sakuma and his subsequent transformation into Koguma Skyblue, the eleventh member of the Kyurangers, the Rebellion called on him for a temporary transfer to Rebellion HQ in order to undergo basic training in which he would be educated on subjects such as combat and the history of the universe.
