History[]
Attack a bunch of kids and turned them into zombie to be captured. Rattlesnake Mozoo attacked Goggle Blue with Rattle Missile, Scale Bombs, and Tongue while Goggle Blue attacked with Blue Ring. The others reinforced Goggle Blue. Sent Goggle-V to a bit of dreamworld but stopped by Red Rope. Then attacked them with snakes, then retreated by Desmark, Bella and Beth. Attack Goggle Blue after a little boys teammates were taken. After Goggle Blue found the snake layer, Rattlesnake Mozoo and Goggle Blue fought for a third time. Rattlesnake fired his Rattle Missile. Then reinforced again by the rest of Goggle-V, Rattlesnake used sonic waves and snakes, but it didn't last long. Goggle Blue use Blue Ring and followed by Goggle Victory Flash. Quickly revived by Rattlesnake Kong. Attack Goggle-V with Sonic wave, dust, tongue, and Rattle Missile but stopped by Goggle Flash and finally defeated by Earth Sword with Electron Galaxy Cut.

He can swing his tail to emit hypnotic waves and said tail is armed with missiles. He is also equipped with explosive shurikens, a long tongue that can emit a freezing gas, flying robotic snakes, and he can teleport.
