"Rabbitcon" is a rabbit-themed mutant who serves as the minor antagonist of the episode "Short-Circuited".
History[]
Rabbitcon, like all other mutants, was created in the result of a science accident. Before the events of the season, he was captured by Time Force.
He was released by Ransik in the seventh episode to attack the city. Rabbitcon attacked Silver Hills with army of Cyclobots and encountered the Rangers. Trip offered Rabbitcon a chance to surrender without a battle, but the mutant refused and the battle started. Rabbitcon nearly defeated Trip with his electrical laser whip, but Trip defeated the mutant with his Time Strike.
Rabbitcon was nearly defeated, but he removed a chain of his DNA and enlarged himself. In the giant battle, the mutant tried to battle the Rangers' Zords with his powerful eye laser, but was defeated by the Time Flyers. He was eventually defeated and frozen by the Time Force Megazord.

Not much known about personality of this mutant. It shown he is aggressive, arrogant and confident, don't like the Rangers and wants to defeat them at any cost.

- Enlarging: Like all other mutants, Rabbitcon can enlarge himself by removing his chain of DNA.
- Eye Laser: Rabbitcon can shoot powerful red lasers from his eyes.

- Cyclobots Summoning: Rabbitcon can summon Cyclobots to aid him in battle.

- Electrical Laser Whip Baton: Rabbitcon carries a baton that can generate a laser whip of red electrical energy capable of grabbing opponents and swinging them around.
- Claws: Even without weapons, Rabbitcon has long sharp claws for combat although he didn't use them.
