History[]
A human-like Yokai scientist who created replicas of Yokai monsters from kidnapped children for Tengu. After Tengu's defeat, Yugami came under the services of Junior, providing the Yokai prince with mechanical weapons and armor for the other Youkai serving him. He appeared to cheer Gasha Skull on during the final stages of their plan until he was horrified to see his master destroyed before he himself was killed when a piece of the Seal Door, shattered by Super Kakure Daishogun fell on him which crushed him to death. 
TV STORY-Ep. 31: Behold!! A New Shogun
Though unseen, Yugami's spirit presumably emerged within the Seal Door along with all the other defeated Yokai, after their master Daimaou was finally contained there by the Kakurangers. Reeling that they were now powerless in captivity, the Yokai all vowed that they would one day be reborn and regain their power, cursing humanity. TV STORY-Final Ep.: Sealing!!
