Professor Strickler is later seen serving Heckyl after the ship's crash, while also recapping about what Heckyl did to his planet, and possibly considered leaving him, but decided not to after what happened to the Cloaked Alien when he decided to leave.
Professor Strickler's first major appearance is in the episode "Freaky Fightday" where he is summoned by Snide to capture the Rangers' Energems. He presented Lord Arcanon with a body switching device. Singe mocks Strickler, but the outlaw shows him what it does by switching his body with a Vivix. Impressed by the ability, Arcanon sends him to Earth and even tells Wrench to reanimate two monsters to aid him, so the general reanimates Nightmare and Game Face and send the three monsters to Earth.
Strickler and Game Face argue on who goes first until the Red, Pink, Black, and Blue Rangers came in. Nightmare used the Switch Eraser to switch the Red and Pink Rangers' bodies and later does the same with the Black and Blue Rangers. After the Rangers get shocked of getting each of their swapped bodies, the three monsters ambush them. The Rangers try to fight back, but because they’re in new bodies, they weren’t used to fighting with different weapons, resulting them getting a beatdown. The Green and Gold Rangers came in, but Nightmare was able to switch their bodies as well. However, the two Rangers were able to use their weapons just fine and take out the three monsters.
Now overpowered, Professor Strickler and the two monsters teleported away. They later returned in the mountaintops with the Rangers appearing. The Rangers montage, but it was a trick for Nightmare sneak up on the Rangers and switch their bodies once more. The three monsters were about to ambush them again, but the Rangers decide to switch their personal weapon again to take on them on. However, they were still outmatched, but right before the monsters could finish them off however, the Silver Ranger came into battle. However, Nightmare manages to switch the Silver Ranger and Professor Strickler with the Switch Eraser and after a long duel, the Pink Ranger (in the Gold Ranger's body) manages to make Nightmare drop the Switch Eraser, allowing the Red Ranger (in the Pink Ranger's body) to use the T-Rex Smash on the device, switching the bodies back to the right person. With the Titano Saber Final Strike, Strickler was taken out, but he (along with Nightmare and Game Face) was enlarged by the Magna Beam.
The Rangers summons the Dino Charge Zords and formed the Dino Charge Ultrazord and with the Titano Cannon Final Strike, all three monsters were destroyed once and for all.

Personality[]
Personality-wise, Professor Strickler acts very much like a school teacher. He is incredibly smart but will stop at nothing to destroy the Power Rangers. He was shown to care about his students and was proud of them, however he seems to have favoured Nightmare a bit over Game Face.

Behind the Scenes[]
Portrayal[]
- Professor Strickler is voiced by Emmett Skilton.
Design[]
- Professor Strickler had the face of a chalk board wearing a student graduate hat with triangle rulers on his right side, the stomach of books, the legs of a desk, the left arm of a pencil in a sharpener with shreds, a bag on his left side, and the feet of pencils.
Etymology[]
- His name comes from a mix of two words: "strict" and "stickler", both of which describe his personality.
Notes[]
- Like Nightmare and Game Face, Professor Strickler originally appeared in another episode of Kyoryuger before the episode adapted into “Freaky Frightday.” He was originally killed by Ivan’s Lightning Final Strike.
- Said episode was never adapted into Power Rangers because it prominently featured the Japanese Ranger base (which was a cave system and not a museum) and the unmorphed Kyoryugers.
- Originally, Strickler's name was "Teacher", which was the profile for his toy before his actual name was used.
- Professor Strickler was the fifth monster outlaw in the Power Rangers Dino Super Charge series to lack any projectile/firepower-type attack, the first being Puzzler, the second being Nightmare, the third being Spell Digger, and the fourth being Scumlaw.
- This is actually very odd as Professor Strickler has a Gatling-gun on his left arm but he was never seen using it in the episode.
- His original scheme was given to Smokescreen during Dino Charge.
- During Dino Charge, this monster can be seen among the cells on Sledge's Ship.
- Professor Strickler's voice was inspired by Emmett Skilton's grandmother's voice.
