"Let us help in your time of need, Mother-In-Law."
―Princess Archerina to her mother in law.

"We're shrinking!"
―Princess Archerina before her defeat.

Archerina is a robot with the appearance of a female archer. She is the wife of Prince Gasket and the sister-in-law of Prince Sprocket. Archerina is the daughter of King Aradon, King Mondo's arch-nemesis. She and Gasket eloped and fled from their parents.

She can fire arrows of energy which she can use to make others (usually males) fall in love with her. Archerina is also capable of firing arrows of destructive pink energy from her bow. Archerina can teleport with a fiery aura, turning herself into a living missile. Her bow can also transform into a sword to be used in close combat.

Archerina's first appearance.

Princess Archerina resurfaced with Prince Gasket after King Mondo was destroyed by the Zeo Rangers. Gasket planned to take over in his father's absence, though the pair found that the tyrant Louie Kaboom had claimed leadership of the Machine Empire. Archerina used her love arrows to enchant Kaboom, forcing him to battle the Zeo Rangers which led to his destruction. Tvicon.png TV STORY-The Joke's on Blue

Archerina then assisted Gasket in an attempt to impress his mother, Queen Machina, by brainwashing Tommy Oliver, though the plot eventually failed with Tommy returning to the Zeo Rangers. Archerina ambushes Kat.

When Queen Machina cast a spell on Tommy and Tanya Sloan to only speak in an operatic singing voice, Archerina and Gasket assisted in the plot by ambushing the Zeo Rangers after they lost control over their Zords. Archerina fought the Red Zeo Ranger singlehandedly, transforming her bow into a sword. Archerina was too powerful for the Red Zeo Ranger on his own, forcing him to regroup with the other rangers. Prince Sprocket and Klank convinced Archerina and Gasket to grow to giant size to defeat the Zeo Rangers. Despite combining their powers, Archerina and Gasket were ultimately defeated by the Zeo Ultrazord. They survived the assault and confronted Sprocket and Klank. When King Mondo and Queen Machina appeared, Archerina and Gasket fled, with Gasket claiming that he and Archerina "have to be somewhere else... forever!" Tvicon.png TV STORY-Hawaii Zeo

Archerina and Gasket are not seen again after this, though they were most likely destroyed by Zordon's energy wave with Mondo and Machina. Tvicon.png TV STORY-Countdown to Destruction However, there is a chance that she survived, similar to how General Venjix and his Machine Empire remnants survived, though she and her husband are most likely deceased due to them never trying to claim the throne after Mondo was reduced to sand. Their inactivity with the Machine Empire suggests they were destroyed, either by the Z-Wave or another force. Tvicon.png TV STORY-Forever Red

Princess Archerina is a doting wife to Prince Gasket, with most of her agency being devoted to Gasket's rise to the Machine Empire's throne. It is unknown if Archerina has ulterior motives or how loyal she is to her father, King Aradon.

Archerina does have a ruthless side, as seen in her individual battles with the Pink and Red Zeo Rangers. A skilled warrior, Archerina can be boastful about her powers when fighting the Zeo Rangers. Archerina also enjoys manipulating others, as seen when she shoots Louie Kaboom with her love arrows and forces him to obey her.

Behind the Scenes

to be added

  • Her name, like many other Power Ranger villains, is a pun on the term "Arch Enemy," which reflects her family being enemies with the Royal House of Gadgetry. It's also a pun on the word "Archer."

  • The costume for Princess Archerina had fallen into a state of disrepair pretty quickly, which explains why she was never seen after the events of Hawaii Zeo.
  • Princess Archerina and Prince Gasket were among the unresolved villains from previous seasons that Amit Bhaumik hoped to provide some resolution to in Hexagon, the original plan for the season after Wild Force.
  • She has a jealousy of Kat, coincidentally her individual weapon works similar to the original Pink MMPR Power Bow, and that it’s white and pink and shots arrows made of pink energy. However, Kat was never shown using it, only Kimberly.
