Popular No.1 (人気者ノーワン Ninkimono Nō Wan) was a popularity-themed No.1 Monster from the No One World Bridan, created from an unknown Fruit & Vegetable Store Owner based on his desire for his store to become more popular.
History
The Fruit & Vegetable Store Owner is upset at his shop's popularity due to Hoeru scaring off customers and is approached by Popular No.1 before being taken and transformed. The monster then appears in the crowd of Atami, claiming to be the most popular but Atami attacks him and gains the audience's cheers. He then uses origami foldings of a pink pheasant, black dog and blue monkey to fight the Ai. He scares off the monster and Atami claims victory.
Later, Popular No.1 attacks again and brainwashes a crowd of people to idolize him. Hoeru points this out and Popular No.1 gets him to try being popular, but the man fails terribly. Rikuo on the other hand gains an audience along with Bouquet with his singing very easily and a new battle starts between the three of them to see who's the most popular. Hoeru is left wondering on how he's supposed to become popular, but Tokonatsu appears and comes to help. Afterward, the popularity contest starts and the ballots are counted but they all turn out to be written to Tokonatsu.
A laugh from the man is heard and he walks behind the contestants, telling them that no one else is allowed to be number one in popularity but himself in Japan. He told Hoeru that his plan and enthusiasm worked perfectly that even a stray like Hoeru took it and made him more popular. Hoeru was angered about being tricked, saying that Tokonatsu told him that he could be the most popular, but the Prime Minister states that Hoeru can... but only in a world where Tokonatsu himself doesn't exist. Hoeru takes that as a challenge and the red warriors transform to begin the final round. Popular No.1, Rikuo and Ryugi join the fight shortly against Buraidan. Bouquet joins the fight in her mecha, Calendius and makes Rikuo summon TegaSword Blue to deal with her.
The mechas battle and TegaSword Blue ruins Bouquet's picture of Rikuo, aggravating and making her fight more aggressively. Don Momotaro takes out a Jetman Sentai Ring and uses it to grow wings and achieve flight, but Hoeru catches up quickly. Rikuo manages to beat Calendius and Ryugi uses the Ohranger Sentai Ring to capture Don Momotaro. Popular No.1 makes fun of his capture but is quickly defeated by GozyuWolf. Hoeru frees his boss from the monster and the boss is amazed by GozyuWolf before falling unconscious.

- Possession: Like all No.1 Monsters, Popular No.1 can possess a human, and materialize in the human world through their deepest desires.
- Popular Flash (人気者フラッシュ Ninki-shafurasshu): Popular No.1 is able to brainwash his victims with a flash from his face.
- Votes Creation: Popular No.1 can materialize the deepest thoughts of the people on who they like the most in the form of votes.
Abilities
- Boundary-based Teleportation: In a similar manner to the Combatant Ai, Popular No.1 can teleport via ring-like shapes.
Weaknesses
- Brainwashing Limitations: Despite the brainwashing ability of his Popular Flash, Popular No.1's hold over his victims can be broken by their genuine love of someone else, such as Rikuo Byakuya. Moreover, this power does not guarantee that Popular No.1 will actually be popular, as the majority of votes in the Popularity Battle were cast for Tokonatsu Atami, including those from the people previously brainwashed by Popular No.1.
