The Plague Sentry was the leader of the Plague Patrol and a major antagonist in the three-part episode "A Friend in Need".
History
The Plague Sentry serves Count Dregon and oversees slave labor on Edenoi. After Dex tells his origins to the Power Rangers, the Plague Sentry is sent with the Plague Patrol and the Cogwarts to defeat the heroes. The Plague Sentry sits out of the fight and hurls abuse at his allies when they fail before fleeing when his army is completely defeated.
The Plague Sentry is later seen during the first episode of Masked Rider pursuing Dex as he escapes and goes to Earth.
Personality
The Plague Sentry was a violent and aggressive slave driver but was ultimately a coward since he fled when his minions were defeated.

- Breathing: The Plague Sentry was able to breathe unassisted in the extremely sandy and lethal atmosphere of Edenoi.
