This article is about a/an set of villains in Power Rangers Turbo, the third season in the Zordon Era .

The Piranhatrons are the basic soldiers used by Divatox in Power Rangers Turbo.

History

There are approximately one hundred to two hundred Piranhatrons in Divatox's employ based on her Subcraft and Space Base. Piranhatrons have their own language which is very similar to the sounds uttered by the Putty Patrollers. No matter what plan Divatox would implement, the Piranhatrons were usually involved somehow. They would often be called upon to engage the Power Rangers in battle by themselves or in conjunction with a monster.

Piranhatrons can teleport and are trained in the use of a variety of weapons. Among these are hammers, spears, and wrist mounted gauntlets that fire blasts of energy.

An army of Piranhatrons and Quantrons was used in Dark Specter's Universal Takeover commanded by Elgar on Earth battling the Rangers and the citizens of Angel Grove. Eventually all of them were destroyed by Zordon's Energy Wave. TV STORY-Countdown to Destruction

The Piranhatrons were supposedly all destroyed when the United Alliance of Evil was destroyed in Countdown to Destruction, though it's possible those in Divatox's army weren't the only members of their species and some still existed elsewhere.

When Karone disguised herself as Astronema to find the pink Quasar Saber, two Piranhatrons were present in the travern on Onyx where the saber was being auctioned off. TV STORY-Protect the Quasar Saber

Note

Piranhatrons are the first warrior to appear in 3 seasons (Turbo, In Space, Lost Galaxy).
