Party People No.1 (パーリーピーポーノーワン Pārī Pīpō Nō Wan) is a party-themed No.1 Monster from the No One World Bridan, created from Kageyama, out of his desire to have a fun time.
History
After Kinjiro refused Kageyama's invitation of a welcoming party on the rooftop, Kageyama rested on the rooftop in boredom when someone asked him whether he wanted to Party, which he promptly agrees and thus allowing Party People No.1 to took him as his host.
Later, Party People No.1 appears and begins his rampage, giving everyone he hits new "uncool" clothes and forced them to dance. The Gozyugers besides Kinjiro are hit by the monster Beams, with Kinjiro saved Futoshi from being hit as well. Party People No.1 absorbs the participants that aren't having fun in a giant Disco Ball airborne, prompting the Gozyugers try to fight the Buraidan forces. However, their rings won't come off due to their hand getting locked in a swag pose!
Party People No.1 then approaches Futoshi, but Kinjiro jumps in and takes Futoshi to safety. Kinjiro proceed to apologize for his words during their walk but the young man admits he was lying, and that he does have a dream but is worried about humiliation, so he doesn't tell anyone. Kinjiro thinks back to when his wife was her death bed, telling him to live how he wishes. He tells his grandson that he wants to be a party person and that following your dreams is nothing to be ashamed of before running off and facing Party People No.1 to show Futoshi that he won't give up his dream. He summons his ring and transforms into GozyuEagle. The final round of the Party People Battle begins between Party People No.1 and Kinjiro. Kinjiro begins the party by dancing and singing an retro song which confuses both Gozyugers and Party People No.1. But since Gozyu Eagle technically also having fun, Party People No.1 begins dancing too. Kinjiro uses this opening to summon EagleShooter50 and freed the participants captured in Party People No.1 Disco Ball. With the curse disappeared, it also allows the other Gozyugers to transform.
The Gozyugers and Buraidan continue their battle with Party People No.1 and GozyuEagle fighting one on one. To add to the chaos, Ayayser Oxypetalum and Ayayser Banksia arrive and Hoeru battles them in TegaSword Red. Both the Ayaysers giving Hoeru trouble by alternately shoots him with streams of fire and ice, but he manages to hold on and shakes the ice that immobilized the Robo. Seeing that Both Ayaysers uses Projectile-based attacks, Rikuo takes control of TegaSword Red, configures it into TegaSword Blue and shoots them down before Ryugi hijacks TegaSword Blue, configures it into TegaSword Yellow and slams both Ayaysers to the ground. Ticked off that his fellow teammates interfere with his battle, Hoeru then regains control from Ryugi, configures it into TegaSword Red, and defeats the twin Ayaysers with TegaSword : Outlaw Breaker. Kinjiro soars through the skies and frees Kageyama before finishing Party People No.1 and being declared the Number One Party Person and winner of the battle. 
TV STORY-Ep. 4: Party Time ☆ Dreaming Old Man
As a result of the world being rewritten, Treasure Hunt No.1 and Party People No.1 returned only this time they don't need human hosts to be generated. They start attacking people when Mashiro arrives to fight the No.1 Monsters. After handicapping Party People No.1 and sitting on him like a chair, he tells Hoeru that he's heard about him and knows that he has no wishes. He tells Hoeru than in place of a boring person like him, he'd be the one to change the world. Hoeru gets angry and headbutts into Party People No.1. He calls Mashiro out for calling him a "Second Generation" before transforming to fight alongside and against him. As Hoeru starts fighting the No.1 Monsters, Mashiro attacks him from behind. He challenges Hoeru for a world-changing No.1 Battle, and Hoeru agrees. After accepting the challenge, they continue fighting the No.1 Monsters.
While Hoeru fights the monster, Rikuo, Ryugi, Kinjiro and Sumino appear to help Hoeru, now with their memories and Rings back thanks to GoodeBurn reversing the world's restarting, though they don't seem to remember what happened until then. Nevertheless, the four of them transform to help Hoeru fight the Bridans. Hoeru fights Party People No.1 while the other Gozyugers are fighting the Ai. Hoeru prepares to use his finisher on the monster, but the other Gozyugers decide to join in as well, and help Hoeru destroy the No.1 Monster, much to his complains about stealing the spotlight from him. TV STORY-Ep. 16: True Savior No.1!

- Possession: Like all No.1 Monsters, Party People No.1 can possess a human, and materialize in the human world through their deepest desires.
Abilities
- Forced Party: Party People No.1 can shoots a beam that'll change his victims attire into those of Party People. Anyone who fell victim to this ability must dance & Party non-stop, or face the risk of being captured into AgeAge Mirror Ball. This ability can also locked certain parts of the Victims Body (like Hands) into a fixed pose, which will hinder the Victims to fight back.
Weaknesses
- Automatic Vibe Follow: If Party People No.1 sees a person to have fun, and deemed their fun to be good enough, Party People No.1 will cease any of his current activity to follow the aforementioned People.
Arsenal
- Ageage Mirror Ball (アゲアゲミラーボール Ageage Mirā Bōru): Party People No.1 can absorb the exhausted people in the No.1 Battle into a giant mirror ball, eliminating them from the competition. However, it can be destroyed by sufficient force from the outside, allowing the People trapped inside to be free, and also cancelling the Forced Party effect to the remaining Victims.
- Cracker Bazooka (クラッカーバズーカ Kurakkā Bazūka): Party People No.1 is armed with Cracker Bazookas on his shoulders.

- Party People No.1 is voiced by Makoto Furukawa (古川 慎 Furukawa Makoto), who previously voiced Dark Aka Ninger in Shuriken Sentai Ninninger vs. ToQger The Movie: Ninjas in Wonderland.
