Plot[]

Panic in the Parade

On the town's 100th anniversary, Emma gave a young boy money to ride the bus and Gia insisted that Emma trusted the boy too easily. Meanwhile, Vrak lurked in the shadows and plotted to take over Earth before the Armada arrived. Onboard his ship, Admiral Malkor reluctantly loaned Vrak the Deceptor, Warstar most important experimental weapon. Admiral Malkor ordered one of his men Flage to test the weapon on Vrak, transforming the prince and disguising him as a human. Meanwhile, at Ernie's BrainFreeze, Emma contemplated what Gia had said earlier and she spotted Vrak and saw through his disguise. Vrak claimed that he had only wanted to talk to her and that the nearby parade would be attacked shortly. Vrak wanted Emma to convince him why humanity should not be destroyed and threatened to start a war if she tried to contact her teammates. While the other Rangers gathered at the parade, Warstar launched an attack, led by Creepox. The four other Rangers morphed and began fighting Warstar without Emma. Meanwhile, Emma was trying to convince Vrak why he should not destroy humanity. Creepox and the Rangers were both briefly distracted by confetti launching into the air. Due to a device that Vrak had planted onto the ground earlier, a giant monster named Wastaro emerged. The Rangers deduced that Wastaro drew power from the garbage. Back at Ernie's BrainFreeze, Emma declared that if Vrak decided to invade, the Power Rangers would defeat him. Then, Vrak declared that she was free to contact her teammates, but that it was too late now that Wastaro had grown strong. Suddenly, Vrak was crushed by rubble and his disguise had worn off. Then, the Rangers received information from Tensou that Wastaro was drawing energy from the Earth itself, which threatened the planet's core. As Emma rushed out, Vrak offered to give Emma a code that could stop Wastaro, claiming that he could not conquer a planet that had been destroyed. Emma rushed out and morphed into the Pink Ranger and followed Vrak's instructions to tap Wastaro on the head three times to defeat him. Then, Vrak sent his zombats to enlarge Wastaro. Then, the Rangers summoned their zords and combined, before defeating Wastaro. Afterwards, they returned to Ernie's BrainFreeze and learned that Vrak had gone. The next day, Emma and Gia helped clean up the destruction left in the aftermath and the boy they had seen the previous day repaid the former of the two girls her money and revealed that he had asked other people for money to take her sister home.
