Ozchuian Ial (オズチュウ星人イーアル Ozuchū Seijin Īaru, 17): was an Chinese-themed Alienizer in Tokuso Sentai Dekaranger.
History[]
An Alienizer charged on medical violations and homicide, he posed as a restaurant master named Wang. His species could grow stronger when drunk, carrying a bottle of earth sake to use his drunken-fist kungfu. Umeko is able to drink some of the sake in order to keep up with his movements, but passed out shortly afterwards. Deleted by Dekaranger Robo's Justice Flasher after he made himself grow by pinching himself and surging blue electricity into his body. Unusually, DekaMaster was the replacement driver for Dekamachine Pat Signer since Koume was too drunk to pilot it.

- Self Growing: Ial can make himself grow by pinching himself.

- Intoxication Empowerment: Ial's species can grow stronger when drunk.
- Hand-To-Hand Combatant: Ial is a skilled fighter using Drunken-Fist kungfu.
- Flame Breath: Ial could fire a large stream of fire from his mouth.

- Spices: Ial uses special addictive spices in his food that is made of banned substances.
- Kasa: Ial wore a silver-colored kasa decorated with green-colored bulbs.
- Mind-Control Haze: Ial can release a green-colored haze from his kasa that can control anyone's mind that is hit by it such as making them sleep.
- Sake Bottle: Ial carries a Hyoutan Gourd-like bottle on his waist that he holds sake in, he could also use it like a shield and a club, it was temporarily taken by Umeko so that she could fight Ial on an even playing field.
- Sword: Ial uses a chinese broadsword-like weapon for combat.
