The Org Heart was an evil rotavirus-like artifact created by Ancient Master Org using his power in 3000 years and later re-created it with Princess Shayla's necklace.

After being fully reborn within the husk of his imposter Viktor Adler, Ancient Master Org ordered the capture of Princess Shayla's necklace knowing its powers would help him complete the re-creation of the Org Heart to create a new proper body of his own. Other ingredients for the re-creation of the Heart are a severed red horn and a skull of horned humanoid resembling Toxica and Jindrax's own respectively hence why his new body has certain aesthetics not unlike the two Duke Orgs.
Once fully re-created and ingested by him, the Org Heart reconstructed a newly better, even stronger body that resembled an amalgam of the Org Generals Retinax, Nayzor, and Mandilok in favor of the husk of his imposter and vessel Viktor Adler that then crumbled into dust. His new form gave him significant power, and the Org Heart made him virtually invulnerable, as it could regenerate his body in the event that it was destroyed. However, the Wild Force Rangers triumphed as their sheer determination resurrected every single fallen Wild Zords who then destroyed the Master Org's body as soon as he lowered his guard. Though the Org Heart itself survived, the Rangers destroyed it with the Jungle Sword's Savage Slash attack, ending it and the threat of Master Org forever.
