This article is about a/an set of grunts in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, existing in a different continuity than the TV series.

These ooze creatures are created by Ivan Ooze to distract the Power Rangers while he destroys the Command Center.

Created by Ivan from his lightning, their sole purpose was to kill the Power Rangers. Proving more than a match for them, the Oozemen forced the Rangers to morph; they used the time to hide in the abandoned building. The Rangers tracked them down eventually, leading to a long fight, where they discovered enough blunt force will reduce the Oozemen back to ooze.

Taking out six individually, the Rangers flatten the remaining six by using Saba to cut a chain holding a heavy crate on them.

Video Games

Oozemen are recurring enemies in the Sega Genesis adaptation of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie. In addition to being enemies, an Oozeman is also a playable character in the Game Gear versions VS and Link Cable modes. Oozeman's moves consist of a high kick, sweeping slide, turning into a puddle of ooze to grab opponents, and turning into a ball of ooze then lifting the opponent in the air.

  • Despite never being given an actual name in the film (other than Ivan referring to them as his "kids"), the creatures are called Oozemen in the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie video game on the Sega Genesis console.
