The Ocean Saber is an ancient sword that was once wielded by a former S.P.D. cadet, Icthior. This sword gives the wielder control over water.
After Icthior was defeated by the Shadow Ranger, the Ocean Saber was placed in the evidence locker inside the Delta Base.
