Ocean Blue is the twenty-eighth episode of Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue.
Synopsis[]
Vypra uses Chad's new love interest, a mermaid named Marina, to lure Chad into a trap. When Marina's life is endangered, Chad summons up the strength and courage to defeat Vypra and Loki and rescue her. The two reunite, but only to part ways.

"Ocean Blue" was released on the VHS Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue: Neptune's Daughter.
Errors[]
- As Chad is looking through his binoculars, his jet ski is white and black, but as he returns to the dock, the jet ski is white and light blue with pink highlights.
- Unmorphed Chad is wearing his Battle Booster (unusual in and of itself) while he chained up by the Batlings, but as he escapes and gets to his feet, the Battle Booster is gone.
- Vypra's plan to drown Marina in the net seems rather silly when one remembers that she's a mermaid who can breathe underwater.
- During the "next time" segment where Leo says "You're in for a big disappointment!" the audio can hardly be heard. This was fix when the 2nd part of the next episode aired.
Notes[]
- Marina returns in "Neptune's Daughter".
- This episode has no GoGoFive counterpart; the only Sentai footage used was the V-Lancer Spectra Blast stock footage.
- Vypra deceiving Marina is similar to Igum deceiving Lelai in the Hikari Sentai Maskman film.
- Ms. Fairweather and Ryan Mitchell do not appear in this episode.
