Character History
Stripped OO Oopa
Bowzock's best hot springs researcher. He tried to use a beam gun that Grotch fashioned to make the Carrangers undress and catch colds so they couldn't fight – notably forcing Dapp's costume change in the process. Could summon geysers of hot water in battle, as well as throw canteens as weapons, and breathe fire. Destroyed by RV Robo.

- OO Oopa was voiced by Toshiya Ueda; he was most notable in Sentai as the voice of Hero Titan in Choushinsei Flashman

- His motifs are the one of an octopus (His name, in fact, is a pun on Octopus), flames and the Japanese spring symbol (♨).
