Nurikabe (ヌリカベ Nurikabe) is a Nurikabe and wall-themed Yokai. He and his brother, Mokumokuren captured humans and betted on them to see who can escape their maze first, with the loser giving the winner his gold.
History[]
He became furious after losing, when his brother's choice Saizo escapes, taking out his frustration on the boy whom he bet on previously. When Ninja Blue comes to the boy's aid, Nurikabe uses his Battle Tile transformation Ninpou to fight the Kakurangers before enlarging. Blue Logan defeated him before destroying the manor that contained the maze. Blue Logan was about to destroy Nurikabe when Mokumokuren intervened.

Having fallen in love with Tsuruhime, Mokumokuren uses a necklace he and his brother bought under false pretenses to place the kunoichi under his spell to trick her into a legally binding marriage. Nurikabe was one of the five Replica Yokai created by Professor Yugami to aid Tengu in destroying the Kakurangers.
This time Nurikabe was armed with a pincher on his right arm, the Replica Yokai attacked the Kakurangers with Nurikabe fighting and overpowering NinjaBlue, at the command of Tengu Nurikabe and the Replica Yokai grew giant and battled the Giant Beast Generals (With Nurikabe fighting Yellow Kumard), as the Giant Beast Generals drew their weapons Tengu revealed that the Replica Yokai were created from the kidnapped children and would die if the Replica Yokai are destroyed which allowed the Replica Yokai to fire at the Giant Beast Generals without them fighting back, as the Kakurangers summoned the Beast General Fighters the battle continued with Nurikabe fighting Battle Logan who picked Nurikabe up over his head and spun him around then threw him at Mokumokuren, after Tengu was beaten by Muteki Shogun Nurikabe vanished and the kidnapped children returned to normal. TV STORY-Ep. 12: They Came Forth!! New Beast Generals
Before his death, Nurikabe was one of four potential Yokai husbands who Sunakake Babaa dreamed of marrying before turning to Daimaou himself after they were all killed by the Kakurangers. TV STORY-Ep. 34: The Bride's Sandy Hell!!
Nurikabe reappears along with all the other defeated Yokai, after their master Daimaou was finally contained there by the Kakurangers. Reeling that they were now powerless in captivity, the Yokai all vowed that they would one day be reborn and regain their power, cursing humanity. TV STORY-Final Ep.: Sealing!!

- Shapeshifting: Nurikabe is able to take on a human form at will.
- Yokai Maze: Nurikabe is able to create a pocket dimension, within which is a maze filled with a variety of traps. The maze also prevents the Kakurangers from transforming inside.
- Teleportation: Nurikabe is able to forcibly transport his victims inside his maze.

- Extendable Arms: Nurikabe is able to create an extra pair of extendable arms on the side of his body to attack his victims.
- Ninpo Battle Tile: Nurikabe sheds bricks from his body, causing him to take on a more battle suited form.

- Ninpo Wall Crush: Nurikabe encloses his opponent in brick walls and then impales them with spears, causing them to explode.

- His human form and voice were portrayed by Wataru Abe; he was the voice actor of Byakkoshinken, the occasional "voice" of KibaRanger, in Dairanger, the previous season.

- Nurikabe was the first Yokai of Kakuranger to have been defeated at ground size.
- Although he did grow in his debut episode, he was saved by Mokumokuren before Blue Logan could destroy him and did not grow after being hit by the Shark Driver, as Mokumokuren instead grew giant, just to be destroyed by Muteki Shogun's Flaming Shogun Sword.
