Synopsis
Mysterious disappearance incidents start to emerge throughout the city one after another. All of the victims seem to have disappeared from within closed rooms. Keiichiro bears witness to one of these Gangler's crimes. However, some information they have received can lead them to identifying who the Gangler is. Keiichiro goes on ahead, but there's a chance that a certain stuffed animal might be a clue in this case. The Global Police proceeds with their investigation...

- As part of Super Hero Time, this episode aired alongside Kamen Rider Build
episode 25, The Idol Awakens. - This is the first episode where GoodStriker forms both LupinKaiser and PatKaiser.
- It is later established that Gangler Monster Anidara Maximoff was killed during this episode, having been inadvertently crushed by PatKaiser during the battle against the enlarged Rabroom Jaws. This leads his brother, Odordo Maximoff, to seek revenge on the Patrangers.
