Number 43: The Man Who Returned (帰ってきた男 Kaettekita Otoko) is the forty-third episode of Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger. It features the televised debut of Satoru Shinonome after his appearance in Keisatsu Sentai Patranger feat. Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger ~Another Patren 2gou~. It also features the only appearance of Victory LupinKaiser Cyclone Knight and the debut of Victory LupinKaiser Blue and Yellow. It also features the revelation of Noël Takao’s origin as a Back Worlder as the Gangler, and beginning an arc continued into the following episode revealing his backstory to his teams, including what’s behind Satoru’s past.
Synopsis[]
The police force and the phantom thieves together were able to defeat and destroy Destra Majjo! The Gangler, Toka Gale finds and fights against the three core members of the team, however, Toka Gale's safe has already been emptied! It seems that someone already beat them to it! The man who observed their fight speaks with Keiichiro and Tsukasa. He was the man who came from two police schools, the man who once belonged to their fighting force, Satoru Shinonome...!
