Synopsis[]
Another Gangler starts to rampage through the city. Keiichiro and the others deployed as a response to the report, while the Lupinrangers also arrive after getting a hint from Kogure. A three way battle between the police, thieves, and the Gangler instantly breaks out! Suddenly, Toma starts to fight on his own ignoring Kairi’s orders. In addition, he starts to confront the Patrangers over the Lupin Collection that the police have. “We will also be taking your VS Changers”. Toma immediately leaves Jurer. “I will retrieve them at all costs!” While he remembers the day that he lost his girlfriend, Toma marches towards the Global Police…
