Number 25: Make it the Strongest (最高に強くしてやる Saikō ni Tsuyoku Shiteyaru) is the twenty-fifth episode of Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger. It features the debut of Good Cool Kaiser VSX and the final appearance of Raimon Gaorufang.
Synopsis[]
Both PatKaiser and X Emperor are crushed at the hands of Raimon! Noël, defeated and injured, is rescued by the Lupinrangers and given refuge in Kairi's room at Jurer. Alone in the dreary room, Noël picks up a picture of a young Kairi standing beside his lost brother. Meanwhile, Raimon is trying to take Zamigo into his ranks. Somehow, it seems that the power of the prideful Raimon's own Lupin Collection piece is fullproof against his "true enemy". However, it seems that Zamigo has taken notice of this... as the Global Police encounter Raimon once again, Noël appears in the midst of the violent battle dressed very formally...
