Noriko Nagai (永井 範子, Nagai Noriko, née Itō (伊東, Itō)), better known by the stage name Noriko Hidaka (日高 のり子, Hidaka Noriko), a Japanese voice actress.

Hidaka is most known for the roles of Seta Sōjirō (Rurouni Kenshin), Akane Tendo (Ranma ½), Near (Death Note), Kazumi Endō (Aoki Densetsu Shoot!) and Kikyō (InuYasha).
