Noriaki Sugiyama (杉山 紀彰 Sugiyama Noriaki) is a Japanese voice actor and television actor best known for his roles as Sasuke Uchiha in Naruto, Uryū Ishida in Bleach, Shirō Emiya in Fate/Stay Night, and England in Axis Powers Hetalia.
In Super Sentai, he voiced Debo Tangosekku in episode 12 of Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger. He was also the third actor to voice Billy Cranston as well with Lizzinator and Doomstone in Japanese dub of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
